Bio: Matthias Geisser began his professional journey in 2002 after obtaining a Master of Science in Photonics and a PMP certification. He started at Zeiss SMT AG, focusing on EUV lenses for semiconductor lithography.

From 2003 to 2006, he shifted to space projects, working on the James Webb Telescope. In 2004 he began working as a Project Manager at Hensoldt, from 2004 to 2011, he specialized in submarine systems.

Van Ballegooijen holds 2 Master degrees in Engineering. After graduation he worked for 18 years at Wärtsilä Propulsion, and started as a ship propeller designer (hydrodynamicist).
